Would you ever buy an investment you can’t liquidate?
Many of us inadvertently have and that is why we are creating a solution by providing an exchange platform utilizing blockchain technology whereby investors can buy and sell portions (tranches) of investments with tokens, money, or crypto currency. Current stock exchanges cannot accommodate portioned investments, nor do they trade in unconventional currencies.
The financial meltdown was created by the grouping of mis-rated, tranched mortgages. Tranche is a French word meaning “a portion of something, especially money.” While the mortgage debacle ignored the risk tranches, we aim to do the opposite by taking an investment and tranching it into respective risk and return so that the investment risk is accurate to assess.
When we think of capital structure we should be able to invest in any way conceivable into a money-making enterprise. Sadly, the financial world still operates on the old binary platform of stocks and bonds, only expanding on that with a slight derivative of options. This creates a mismatch between the needs of capital creators (businesses) and investors.

Presently, the token market is at its infancy. Tokenstandards.org will launch by the end of the year with the goal of defining what we are buying, not the quality per se but at least if it is debt, equity or a derivative or combination thereof. This standard is important to make our investments tradeable on the open market, should we want to change the mix or redeem.
